Depart the UK on your overnight flight to Vietnam

Day 2
Arrive into Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), where you will be met by your private guide and drive and transfer to your city centre hotel. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure to relax after your flight before embarking on a discovery of the best local eats on a fun street food walking tour in the city. A great way to start your Vietnamese adventure!

Day 3
Get a first-hand look at Vietnam-American war history. Take a guided half-day tour from Ho Chi Minh City to the Cu Chi Tunnels to wander through jungles echoing with history. Learn how Cu Chi’s residents found ingenious ways to survive and other incredible stories of wartime resilience. The rest of the day is free to explore the city sites at your own pace, or add on a guided tour if you would like further insight into the city.

Day 4
Go beyond the usual tourist stops to get an in-depth look at life in the Mekong Delta. Travel with your private driver and guide to Ben Tre Province and explore its fruit orchards and coconut groves. Weave through countryside roads and discover the hidden charms of Ben Tre, chat with locals and observe their lifestyle.

Day 5
Wave goodbye to the city as you head north on a quick 1 hour flight, arriving to the paradise of Nha Trang where you can relax on white sand beaches, explore the scenic villages or visit tropical islands dotted off the coast. The area is home to a number of interesting Buddhist temples, remnants of the Champa Kingdom, natural hot springs and enchanting waterfalls

Day 6
A day to relax on the beach, snorkel or enjoy watersports. Pop to the city of Nha Trang for sightseeing if you fancy, or laze around soaking up the glorious sunshine. The choice is yours!

Day 7
Discover a different, more authentic side of the city with this Nha Trang bicycle tour. Head into the countryside where quiet lanes, typical villages and unspoiled natural landscapes beckon to be explored. Encounter friendly farmers, witness traditional crafts and capture a glimpse of local life in rural Vietnam.

Full day at your leisure in Nha Trang for more relaxation on the beautiful beaches.

Day 9
Sail away for the day on a traditional style junk cruise as you live like Vietnam’s last emperor, Bao Dai. The all-inclusive junk cruise, with snacks and drinks provided, will take you to visit secret beaches that you wouldn’t find otherwise, whilst also enjoying snorkelling, kayaking, and sunbathing.

Day 10
Leave Nha Trang today and travel north to your final stop, Hoi An. Arrive to Danang airport where your private driver and guide will be waiting. A short journey towards Hoi An town, stopping along the way to check in to your beach hotel. Danang city lies just 45 minutes away from the Old Town of Hoi An and you can choose to enjoy a luxury beach resort closer to Danang, or one of the many wonderful boutiques closer to the charming Old Town of Hoi An. This afternoon take a walking tour with your guide to explore the sites of the Old Town, or head out for dinner and drinks along the riverfront before walking the lantern lit streets by night.

Day at your leisure in Hoi An to relax on the beach or explore the local area.

Day 12
This morning we have arranged a special cooking class for you, a great chance to learn the skills to create delicious Vietnamese dishes at home and one of the best activities to enjoy around Hoi An. After buying ingredients at Hoi An’s morning market, take a boat along the Thu Bon River to the school for a hands-on cooking class with a local chef. The rest of the day is free to relax on the beach.

Day 13
A full day at leisure in Hoi An and Danang. Visit the central market, pop to a local tailors to refresh your wardrobe or venture on a day trip to the Imperial city of Hue.

Day 14
Travel back in time with a trip to the Cham temples of My Son. Travel through the countryside, stopping in a household who still making natural silk in tranditional method. Then arrive at My Son, wandering amid the crumbling tower ruins while learning about the once-mighty Cham Kingdom. The rest of the day is free to sunbathe, snorkel or cycle the countryside lanes around Hoi An.

For those looking for a beach break between the months of November to March, we can also tailor this to include a stay on the sun-kissed beaches of Phu Quoc, Phan Thiet or Con Dao Island, as well as a cruise around the famous waters of Halong Bay (which is far more suited to travel outside of July and August due to weather).
